Mix'N'Match

Day 12

Holly woke up to the sound of snoring. He yawned widely and poked the back in front of him. There was a grunt but the snoring didn’t stop. It didn’t even pause. Oh. Two men then. That was unusual. Unheard of actually. He yawned widely and finally opened his eyes. His vision filled with black. Dimitri. Okay, that was pretty normal; he almost always woke up with the dark man. Who the hell was sleeping with them?

He sat up carefully, slowly disentangling Dimitri from around him. It was Malachi. Oh yeah. He remembered now. He yawned again and thought about getting up, but he was against the wall. He would have to crawl over both Dimitri and Malachi to get up. Besides, it had to still be early. He usually slept in past noon, but Dimitri was a morning person and Malachi often got up with the sun.

Just to be sure, he glanced over at the clock. His eyes nearly bugged out. It was ten thirty.

He scrambled up and jumped over the two men, landing with a thump. There was a grunt from the bed and Holly paused long enough to kiss Malachi’s lips before the man could say anything and when Dimitri sat up, he did the same to him. "I have work today," he said flatly. "Love you both, good morning, bye!"

He darted out of the room, pausing at his long enough to pull on leather pants. He was still wrestling on a tank top as he pounded up the stairs to Giovanni’s room.

He knocked twice and then tossed the door open. A pillow connected with his head, but not before he got an eyeful of Leo and the seer naked and twined together on the bed. Too bad Leo was in front so Giovanni was mostly hidden.

"I have work at twelve today, so if you don’t get up now, I’m going to stab you with a spoon."

He turned on his heel and went back down the stairs. Coffee was quickly brewing and Rylan came wandering out, stealing the first mug and earning himself a glare. He just smirked at Holly and kissed him on the cheek, snatching a slice of apple from under the knife. "When’s breakfast, woman?"

Holly glared at him. "Ever call me ‘woman’ again and I will bitchslap you through next week."

"Feisty."

"Bite me."

He yelped when teeth clamped down on his shoulder, but couldn’t muster up a scowl. Instead, he smacked Rylan lightly. "Off, boyo. I’m not going to work with a hickey."

"No one cares."

Holly snorted. "I care. I refuse to be seen as just some slut by my underlings."

Rylan laughed. "Are you kidding? They’re all terrified of you and worship the ground you walk on. You say it’s a mark of mastery of the ancient art of underwater basket weaving and they’ll believe you and go and try to find where they can get their own."

Holly snorted. "Sit down and shut up." He finished breakfast just as Leo was walking into the kitchen, dressed in sweats. He slapped some of the fruit salad and toast onto plates and handed one to each of the men. Leo looked at his suspiciously and sniffed it. Holly rolled his eyes and took his plate back up the stairs, taking bites between twisting his wild curls back into a bun and pulling on ankle boots. A collar snapped around his neck and he was ready.

He headed back down the stairs and glared at the phooka as he ate and then slowly put on his shoes.

"Move!"

"Yeah, yeah," grumbled Leo.

He walked out to the garage, keys jangling as he spun them. Holly glared and got into the passenger seat, honking when he judged he had been patient enough.

Leo nearly jumped out of his skin, and he was glowering when he got into the driver’s seat and rubbing his long ears. "You need to learn to drive."

Holly just glared. In truth, he had learned to drive. He had also had his license revoked when he had slammed into another car, totaling both of them, on purpose. The guy had cut him off. He had never tried to get his license back. Leo, Malachi, and Rylan all drove so it wasn’t a problem. Besides, it wasn’t like they didn’t have enough money for cabs when they were needed.

The car ride was mostly silent, as was the walk to Ezra’s room. Leo reacted loudly when he saw Ezra.

"Holy shit, you look awful!"

For once, Holly was in agreement. But he said nothing, just leaned against the door, watching as Leo rushed up to Ezra to look closer.

Ezra laughed. "Relax, bunny boy, I’m okay." His voice was rough.

"You sound like shit," Holly said

"Good to know," Ezra said, a sharp look in his eyes belying the smile on his lips. "You look nice today. Going to go sell yourself on a corner?"

Holly snorted, but couldn’t help crossing his arms protectively over his torso. "I work at Flo’s. Your type of place, I bet."

Ezra snorted. "Never been inside. I don’t wear stuff like that. ‘Sides, you’re the one who works there. I‘ve seen the displays. Are you wearing one of those pretty little thongs under those pants?"

Holly snorted, but managed to suppress a glare. "I’m not wearing underwear."

Both Leo and Ezra stared at him, the same look flashing through their eyes.

Holly smirked.

Leo shook his head and turned back to Ezra, trying to look disgusted and failing.

Ezra said, "Hot," not bothering to try and hide his interest.

Holly rolled his eyes and checked the clock on the wall. "We have to go soon."

Ezra rolled his eyes. "Fine, bye," he said dryly, yanking his hand out of reach when Leo reached for it.

"What, you actually want us here?" asked Holly.

"I’m bored!" snapped Ezra. "I’d rather be beaten up than stay here!"

Holly sneered. "That can be arranged."

Leo ignored him. "I’ll come back tomorrow and stay for awhile, ‘kay?"

Ezra rolled his eyes. "No need."

"I’ll bring Dimitri."

Ezra perked up noticeably and Holly tensed. Both tried to hide it. Holly was more successful.

Leo giggled. "We can’t come until later. Dimitri has to actually go somewhere tomorrow."

"Where?"

Leo shrugged. "Museum. He’s an art dealer. He usually works from home though."

"Cool," Ezra said.

"We have to go," Holly said pointedly.

Leo stuck his tongue out but stood up and followed Holly out. "See you tomorrow."

Ezra said nothing back.

Leo drove Holly to work, but instead of dropping him off, he parked and followed him.

"Cool," he said as soon as the store front appeared.

Holly could only agree, although he kept his mouth shut. The store had been closed for about a month for renovations. The previously upper-class looking store had been transformed to match it’s cliental and products. The glass now looked cracked and the display was draped with red silk and black lace, the leather harness and shorts displayed much better than before.

The inside had been painted blood red, the carpet replaced with back linoleum, like in most concert halls and clubs. The clothes were on long racks that dominated most of the store and the dressing room- previously just curtains in the shape of squares- now they were solid with real doors. Holly glanced inside one. All three walls and the door were covered with mirrors. It was actually pretty cool.

Leo happily began looking around at the clothes.

Holly snorted. He had stopped wearing clothes like the ones they sold here when he had married Dimitri. Dressing for work was about as sexy as he got. Leo still persisted and sometimes even went clubbing on his own, but Holly never dared. He knew he would slip if he did.

Holly ignored him and waved as one of the sales people came in.

He was manager of this store and lucky him, he didn’t really have to deal with customers. Or Leo today. He made a beeline to the back office, planning to hide there for the day. But predictably, he was pretty instantly pulled out by Leo who had an armful of clothes.

"We’re not even open yet," he snapped.

Leo shrugged. "Ah, come on. We’re married."

Holly rolled his eyes, but stood. "Fine, fine," he mumbled. He walked over to the cash register, ignoring the grins they got. Frickin’ employees. None of them believed that they weren’t fucking. Assholes.

He rang them up, using his emplyee discount and own credit card without even asking. They had a shared bank account anyways and Leo never had anything but his license and that was in the car anyways.

Leo grinned at him as soon as he was finished and skipped out of the store, a pile of leather, silk, fishnet, lace, and chains in his arms.

Holly rolled his eyes and went back to his office. But, he couldn’t help but think about what Leo would look like in some of those outfits. There had been a lot of kinky stuff in there.

--

Leo giggled as he wiggled into his clothes. A trench coat went over the barely there outfit and he stepped out of the car, tucking his hands into his pocket and trying to look innocent. It wasn’t hard, not with his big eyes and bunny ears.

He walked into Rylan’s store and glanced around. There was the usual one or two middle-aged women who looked embarrassed, several guys who seemed completely comfortable, and one elderly man in assless chaps. Rylan was lounging on the counter, long blonde hair in a ponytail, wearing ripped up jeans and a t-shirt.

Rave was leaning against the counter, staring up at Rylan with a look of adoration almost painful to watch.

Leo smiled slightly but quickly hid it. Rylan’s young employee would not appreciate amusement.

"Hi Rave, hi Rylan."

Rave straightened up, looking guilty, but flashed a smile. As usual, Leo was struck by how pretty he was. Leo could see why Rylan had hired him even if he was incredibly young. Men and women had a tendency to just drop money into his lap no matter their sexuality or what they needed.

Rylan grinned at him. "Nice jacket."

"Yep," Leo replied easily. "Now, can I borrow you for a moment?"

Rylan nodded and led Leo to the backroom. He locked the door without asking and was stripping off his shirt before Leo could say a word. "And what did I do to deserve a visit?"

Leo smiled and untied the trench slowly, letting it slide off his shoulders to pool at his feet. He heard Rylan’s breath catch and he could only mentally congratulate himself on wearing the lace hot pants and frilly corset shirt.

Rylan stepped forward and caught him in his arms, picking him up by the thighs and setting him on the desk, kissing him firmly. As his mouth moved from Leo’s lips to his neck, Leo tilted his head back.

"All of us took two weeks off," Leo gasped out. "So we could all be home together. But everything sort of… fell apart."

"So you decided to visit me at work." He could feel Rylan’s smile against his neck. "Are you going to visit Dimitri too?"

Leo smiled. "I don’t think he would appreciate…" He trailed off as Rylan bit his neck lightly. "God, harder," he moaned.

Rylan smirked against his skin and obliged.
